About us

Dessy Invest Ltd is a Hong Kong company publishing software and distributing digital products. We have been running paid online services since 2012, which in this industry means we have seen several generations of payment methods come and go: premium SMS, premium voice, card, wallet, and now stablecoin. That history is why our platforms tend to support more than one at a time.

We are a small team. We do not resell anyone else's stack, and the same people who write the code answer the support mail.

What we do

Four things, and they feed each other: the payment rails we operate are the ones our own consumer products run on.

Micropayment rails

Premium SMS and voice billing, access code issuance and validation, carrier reconciliation and merchant reporting.

Consumer platforms

Reward and messaging services with real members, real payouts and the moderation and anti fraud work that comes with them.

Telecom operations

Voice termination, SIP trunking, number ranges and the interconnection work with carriers across several countries.

Payouts

Paying members and partners out, by bank transfer, e-wallet or stablecoin, in the currencies and countries they actually live in.
